About the Role My Guardian is looking for compassionate and reliable Casual Home Care Carers to support clients in their own homes. You will deliver practical, person-centred care that supports independence, dignity, and wellbeing. You will work with a range of clients, including people recovering from illness or injury and those needing help with everyday tasks. Ideal candidates will have: Previous experience in home care, personal care, disability support, or community services (highly regarded) A caring nature, patience, and the ability to provide support with dignity and respect Knowledge of safe manual handling, infection control, and client safety practices Strong communication skills and the ability to develop rapport with clients and families Reliability, professionalism, and the ability to work independently in a client’s home Flexibility to accept casual shifts based on client needs Current police check, WWCC, First Aid/CPR Driver’s licence and reliable transport (or willingness to obtain) Certificate III in Aged or Disability Care or equivalent If you are passionate about helping others and want to be part of a caring, dedicated team, apply now!
