* We are seeking an experienced Event Manager to lead the delivery of conferences, member events and activities for a national peak body representing providers across the aged care sector.

Key responsibilities include:

* Leveraging expertise in event management to design and deliver high-quality programs that meet stakeholder needs.
* Collaborating with cross-functional teams to execute events end-to-end.
* Developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including members and external partners.
* Coordinating sales of event sponsorship and trade exhibition, including negotiating customised packages.
* Tracking and reporting on event effectiveness using data and metrics.

About you:

* You will have tertiary qualifications and relevant experience in event management, business, marketing or communications.
* A strong leadership style and ability to work autonomously within a team.
* Demonstrated success in leading multiple project teams and delivering events under pressure.
* Excellent digital proficiency, including experience across event platforms, formats and channels.
* Strong financial literacy and budgeting skills.
