Job Title: Associate / Senior Associate – Corporate Tax
Location: Adelaide
Salary: $80,000 – $100,000 package
About the Role We are seeking an Associate or Senior Associate to join a well-established and high performing Corporate Tax team based in Adelaide. This role offers hands on exposure to a broad range of corporate tax matters, with strong Partner access, structured development, and clear pathways for progression.
Key Responsibilities
* Prepare and review company and trust tax returns
* Assist with corporate and international tax advisory engagements
* Support M&A transactions, including tax structuring and due diligence
* Assist with ATO reviews, audits, rulings, and tax governance matters
* Research and analyse technical tax issues and prepare advice and reports
* Contribute to client proposals and broader business development activities
* Mentor and support junior team members as you progress
Skills & Experience
* Tertiary qualification in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, Law, or similar
* CA qualified or currently undertaking CA
* Experience in corporate tax within a professional services environment
* Sound understanding of Australian tax legislation and tax-effect accounting
* Strong analytical skills with a commercial and client-focused mindset
* Proven work ethic and commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes
* Experience mentoring junior staff (for Senior Associate level)
