Scheduling Coordinator Position
As a Scheduling Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in coordinating employee schedules and facilitating the response to vacancies due to planned and unplanned leave within our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate workers for all available shifts and fill unplanned shift vacancies;
* Perform data entry relating to employee schedules and client information;
* Provide orientation to new employees on work schedules and rostering matters;
* Collaborate with Human Resources, Service Centre, Service Management, and Finance teams;
* Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports/documentation.
Requirements:
* Able to meet scheduling requirements in a fast-paced environment;
* Effective use of rostering software;
* Understanding of good employee relations and relevant legislation;
* Proven organizational and time-management skills;
* Familiarity with the geographical layout of Tasmania;
* Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills;
* Basic computer literacy and administrative skills;
* Maintenance of confidential information and adherence to work health and safety obligations;
* Previous experience in community disability and/or aged care support (desired).

* A competitive salary range of $79,573.52 to $82,952.48 (full-time equivalent) plus super and salary packaging up to $15,900;
