Responsibilities
* Providing impeccable customer service to all customers
* Creating a personalised shopping experience for the Aje customer, by effectively educating the customer on the sustainable fabrics, features, fit, and functionality of the product.
* Acting as a brand ambassador driven by your love for the brand
* Visual merchandising, stocking, and restocking shelves
* Processing sales accurately through cash handling and the POS (point of sale) system
* Utilising our sales techniques to drive sales and be motivated by meeting budget
* Being a part of the team, including getting up to speed on the products and brand, contributing to our positive team culture whilst working well alongside your co‐workers.
Qualifications
* Previous experience working in a retail environment
* Exceptional customer service and sales skills
* A love for building lasting relationships with repeat customers
* An understanding of achieving performance indicators in a customer-facing environment
* Experience and a proven track record of understanding and achieving performance indicators in a customer-facing environment
* Love of being a team player
