ABOUT THE JOB
As part of our Concierge team, you will be responsible for creating personal, seamless, and truly magical moments for our guests.
Your mission is to elevate the guest journey by anticipating needs, ensuring smooth processes, and building meaningful relationships.
You will play a key role before, during, and after each stay, working closely with our Reception team and Guest Relations Manager to ensure unforgettable experiences and the highest level of satisfaction.
The Concierge supports guests with a wide range of requests, ensures their comfort and safety, and manages administrative tasks — all in line with Leading Hotels of the World standards.
You will be an ambassador of the hotel and represent its very heart.

WE EXPECT
You are outgoing, service-minded, and thrive in the role of host.
Ideally, you have previous hotel experience — preferably from the luxury segment or an international environment.
You excel in a dynamic setting with many tasks at once, while maintaining structure and overview.
You understand the importance of always being "on stage," presenting yourself as polished, rested, and impeccably groomed.
Fluency in English is required.
Danish is a valuable advantage, but not a must.
Additional languages are also considered a strong plus.
