We’re looking for an energetic and experienced Assistant Front of House Manager to join the Aquavue leadership team!
This role is shared between two managers to ensure smooth operations across our 7-day week, so you’ll enjoy the balance of responsibility without carrying the full load solo.
Whether you’re seeking part-time or full-time hours, we’re open to the right fit.
About the Role
As Assistant FOH Manager, you’ll work closely with our Events Manager to deliver seamless, memorable events – from weddings to private celebrations. You'll also support and work under the Operations Manager to:
- Train, mentor, and motivate FOH staff.
- Oversee stock control and ordering.
- Maintain the highest standards of product and service quality.
- Lead and support our FOH team in day-to-day service.
- Bring strong bar skills to the floor – from cocktails to coffee.
- Help drive efficiency, consistency, and a positive customer experience.
About You
We’d love you to have:
- Proven hospitality leadership experience in a busy bar/restaurant environment.
- Excellent bar knowledge and customer service skills.
- Strong leadership qualities with a hands-on, team-first approach.
- The ability to stay calm and professional under pressure.
- Flexibility across weekdays and weekends to help cover our 7-day operation.
