Position Overview:
The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for converting inbound sales leads and guiding customers through the full onboarding process—from initial enquiry to signed contract. This includes managing sales pipeline activity across digital channels and affiliate referrals, coordinating internally with operations and procurement and ensuring all sales documentation is accurate and up to date.
In addition to sales and onboarding responsibilities, the role plays a supporting function in marketing execution. This includes engaging with Auto Ownit's external marketing agency to coordinate lead generation campaigns, reviewing promotional content, drafting short social posts, and briefing basic video content ideas aligned with sales activity and vehicle inventory. This role encompasses marketing across all Auto Ownit Group's entities.
Key Responsibilities:
* Draft and publish short-form vehicle highlights, stories, and captioned posts on social media platforms (WhatsApp, Facebook, Google, Instagram).
* Coordinate with the external marketing agency to brief campaign requirements, approve content, and ensure alignment with stock, promotions, and customer messaging priorities.
* Develop and manage the ongoing marketing pipeline of campaigns with a plan for the next 12 months.
* Provide timely stock updates, promotion info, and customer FAQs to guide agency-created content and engagement strategy.
* Take the lead on briefing and reviewing short-form video content with the external agency, ensuring content supports active sales campaigns.
* Monitor and respond to digital marketing enquiries, particularly those coming through social and WhatsApp.
* Proactively suggest customer engagement ideas based on common objections, pricing queries, or content gaps noticed during the sales process.
* Manage and track affiliate referrals, ensuring timely engagement and correct attribution.
* Maintain regular contact with affiliates and provide updates on lead outcomes.
* Educate affiliate partners to improve lead quality and consistency.
* Create and maintain vehicle listings on the website and CRM system, including imagery and pricing.
Qualifications & Experience:
* Minimum 2 years' experience in similar roles.
* Experience using CRM systems (Zoho preferred).
* Exposure to digital lead pipelines and affiliate/referral sales programs.
* Familiarity with light-touch content or campaign coordination is beneficial.
Skills & Attributes:
* Fluency in Portuguese, Spanish and English are non-negotiable.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Strong organisational and capability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders.
* Digital literacy (e.g., reviewing social posts, briefing content changes).
* Creative mindset with the ability to collaborate on marketing content.
Working Environment:
* Office-based, full-time role requiring frequent interaction with customers, internal stakeholders, and external affiliates and partners.
* May require occasional flexibility in hours to accommodate customer preferences and peak activity periods.
