What You'll Be Doing
* Provide exceptional customer service and advice on PPE and workwear, company standards
* Assist with processing and invoicing customer orders
* Support shop floor replenishment and stock management
* Work closely with the in-store team to manage and fulfil customer orders
What We're Looking For
* Previous retail or customer service experience
* Ability to deliver outstanding Customer Service and ensure Customer Satisfaction
* Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented retail environment
* Comfortable using CRM software and Microsoft Office
* Strong communication and listening skills
* Ability to juggle tasks, with attention to detail and a positive attitude
* Eager to learn and grow in a dynamic team environment
Availability
* Approximately min 15 hours per week and able to work extra when needed
* Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm and must be available every Saturday, 9:00am – 1:00pm
