Be the Organisational Backbone of a Leading Surgical Division

Join the Division of Surgery at Princess Alexandra Hospital and play a vital role supporting senior nursing leaders in a fast‐paced healthcare environment. This role is temporary Full‐Time, 3‐month contract with possibility of extension.

About this Role

As the Executive Support Officer for the Division of Surgery, you will provide high‐level administrative and secretarial support to senior nursing leadership while acting as a key point of contact for staff, patients and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

* Providing confidential executive support, diary management and meeting coordination for senior nursing leaders
* Preparing agendas, recording minutes and supporting divisional meetings and committees
* Coordinating recruitment activities including interview scheduling and selection administration
* Supporting payroll documentation and workforce administration processes

About You

* Strong administrative, diary management and organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
* Exceptional communication and relationship‐building abilities across diverse stakeholder groups
* Proven ability to prioritise competing demands, work autonomously and meet deadlines
* Intermediate to advanced computer skills with experience using databases, spreadsheets and administrative systems
