Key Responsibilities
* Lead, mentor, and develop all restaurant staff, ensuring a motivated and high-performing team.
* Ensure that restaurant operations comply with all state, federal, and legislative requirements, including liquor licensing, food safety, and workplace health and safety.
* Create and manage budgets and forecasts for restaurant operations, ensuring maximum profitability and efficient cost control.
* Continuously analyse restaurant operations, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to drive customer loyalty, repeat business, and growth.
* Ensure a high standard of customer service, responding proactively to customer needs and resolving any potential conflict situations.
* Oversee daily operations, including rostering, stock management, supplier negotiations, and risk management practices.
* Actively engage with the local community to foster relationships, encourage loyalty, and maintain positive relationships with neighbours and local businesses.
Qualifications & Experience
* Minimum 3 years' experience in supervising or managing hospitality and food & beverage, preferably in a restaurant setting.
* Knowledge or understanding of restaurant operations, including financial management, cost control, and staff leadership.
* RSA certification.
