My Spectrum Services is a small, neuroaffirming, family-owned provider delivering supports to people with mental health concerns and disabilities across Queensland. Role overview
We are recruiting Allied Health Professionals and Allied Health Assistants for permanent full-time, permanent part-time or contract roles. Choose your hours with flexible, supportive arrangements and a strong focus on work–life balance. Workplaces include hybrid (clinic / work-from-home), farm site, community visits and in-clinic service delivery.
Key responsibilities
* Deliver assessments, evidence-based treatment planning and therapeutic interventions that are person-centred and neuroaffirming.
* Lead and monitor ongoing service development and quality improvement for allied health programs.
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary clinicians (Occupational Therapy, Mental Health Social Work, Physiotherapy, Behaviour Support Practitioners) and administrative staff to ensure efficient, coordinated service delivery.
* Prepare and deliver assessments and clinical documentation; conduct a defined range of clinical screening assessments as delegated and where permitted by guidelines and legislation.
* Supervise and support Allied Health Assistants in delivering therapy programs, community skill practice, and session preparation.
* Participate in professional development, external/internal supervision and performance review processes.
Selection criteria and mandatory requirements
* Allied Health Professional: tertiary qualification in an allied health discipline and eligibility or current registration with AHPRA, AASW or appropriate registration body.
* Allied Health Assistant: Certificate III/IV in Allied Health or demonstrated experience supporting therapy programs and clinicians.
* Current Working with Vulnerable People check (mandatory).
* A current Queensland police check and a valid driver's licence are preferred.
* Strong communication, documentation and teamwork skills; ability to work independently in community settings.
* Commitment to culturally safe, trauma-informed and person-centred practice.
