About the job
The company has an opportunity for a proactive and capable Business. Your core responsibilities will include the administrative management of the following key organisational functions:
* Office Management – front of house reception, building, furniture, supplier management
* Information Technology – Internet, Server & Hardware Management, Phone system, Process & Policy
* Human Resources – Process and policy management, recruitment, onboarding and offboarding, performance review and career development scheduling
* Brand/Marketing – Management & coordination of team and client events, social media, client webinars and data management
Supported by your team of two direct reports and one indirect report, the role is a pivotal part of the management team ensuring the smooth running of the operations of the business. The role is based in the Brisbane office however, travel to the Byron Bay office from time to time will be required.
About you
With a professional attitude and positive nature, you will enjoy working within a close-knit team environment and have:
* Strong leadership skills including the ability to successfully communicate with and manage a team to achieve administrative function Key Performance Indicators
* Demonstrated strong administrative skills in a busy office environment coupled with excellent attention to detail
* Demonstrated reception, office management and front of house experience
* Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office functions (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams)
* 3-5 years administrative management experience involving supervision of a small administrative team
* Previous experience working across business support service functions including HR, IT, & Marketing highly desirable
* Must possess Australian work authorisation at the time of application.
