The Customer Care team is the primary point of contact for all FOOTT customers. The team is responsible for customer information, co-ordination of bookings and schedules to meet customer needs through a busy contact center environment. This position is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to exceed FOOTT customer expectations. Working closely with truck drivers, you will ensure collection routes are optimised, drivers have all the information they require to complete jobs, and customers are kept informed.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide excellence in customer service within a busy contact centre environment with a focus on professional consistent response to customer requests.
* Provide daily run-sheets for drivers and be a key point of contact for drivers as they complete customer deliveries and collections.
* Ensure all required reporting and record keeping is maintained.
* Establish and maintain key relationships with customers, vendors and other key stakeholders.
Your Skills & Experience:
* Certificate III in Business Administration or equivalent is desirable.
* Relevant customer service skills and experience
* At least 3 years in delivering exceptional customer service in a fast paced and dynamic contact centre environment.
* Experience in accurate data entry and the proven ability to understand and action customer enquiries.
Location: This role is based in Shepparton, Northeast Victoria, and we are specifically seeking candidates who are regionally based in this area.
