Job Title: Front Office Receptionist
We are seeking a skilled and friendly individual to join our team as a Front Office Receptionist. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for guests and will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service.
* This includes processing guest check-ins and outs, accurately using the park booking system to make reservations and manage accounts, and coordinating with the Housekeeping team to track readiness of accommodation.
You will also be required to supply guests with information regarding property and local areas of interest, complete day-to-day office administration, and maintain excellent relationships with the park teams, residents and guests.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
* Previous experience in a front office environment within the hospitality industry
* Passion for delivering exceptional Guest experiences
* Proficient computer skills, including knowledge of RMS or comparable Reservation Booking Systems
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
* Enthusiastic and positive attitude
* Flexibility to work weekends, public holidays, and evenings as needed
* Current driver's license essential
