Add expected salary to your profile for insightsLocated at our new showroom in Tomago, NSW OPUS Campers is a premium adventure travel and off-road brand with a portfolio of exciting, market-leading camper trailers and off-road hybrid caravans.We strive to be the best in all we do (products, service, brand, company culture), and we are recruiting for a part-time Showroom Sales Assistant to work Fridays and Saturdays.Responsibilities:Work closely with the Sales Executive to oversee daily operations of the showroom to provide an outstanding customer experience.Assist the Sales Executive to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales KPIs.Manage customer enquiries and provide exceptional customer service from pre-sale to post-sale.Handle sales administration including raising invoices, tracking orders, and providing sales support.Coordinate with and support the Sales Executive to align showroom activities with sales goals.Ensure all customer and sales information is accurately recorded and maintained in our CRM system, contributing to seamless operations and superior customer experiences.Organise and maintain showroom displays, ensuring all products are presented attractively and accurately.Handle customer service enquiries, handovers, warranty claims, and follow-ups to maintain high satisfaction levels.Implement processes to improve efficiency and enhance the customer journey.Monitor and respond to customer engagement on social media to drive brand awareness and enquiries.Qualifications & experiencePrevious experience in customer service, retail, and sales is essential. The ideal candidate will come from a retail background in a similar industry, e.g., 4WD Supacentre, BCF, Anaconda, etc.Availability to work Fridays 9am-5pm and Saturdays 9am-3pm, with flexibility to attend our shows when required.Proficiency in using CRM systems to manage customer data and generate reports.Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment.Tech-savvy with a strong understanding of Microsoft Office suite.Most importantly, a good attitude and strong work ethic.Why work for us?We are an award-winning, market-leading company in the industry.We have a great culture, creating fun and celebrating success.Regular team lunches and BBQs!Free tickets to industry events and shows.Reward and recognition program.The role is part-time, working Fridays 9am-5pm and Saturdays 9am-3pm.
