**Responsibilities**:
- Deliver warm, thoughtful service that helps customers find what they need and discover what they love
- Guide and support the team on the shop floor to deliver exceptional customer experiences
- Work closely with your team and leaders to create a positive and productive work setting
- Create beautiful functional spaces and promote visual merchandising aligned with MUJIs simplicity and mínimalist ethos
- Monitor and manage inventory levels for smooth functioning of the store
- Contribute to creating a positive working environment through effective communication and teamwork
- Efficiently use our point-of-sale system to process sales transactions, refunds and exchanges accurately
- Follow safety and operational procedures to keep a safe working setting for all

**What You Bring**:
- Experience in a supervisory or leadership role within a quick-paced retail environment is preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills, positive can-do attitude and genuine love for learning
- A curious mind, adaptable and takes initiative
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with diverse customers and motivate team members
- Excellent time management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage high volumes of stock
- Ability to work effectively within a team while also being able to independently manage tasks
- Flexibility to work at other locations in future based on business needs
