Join the People and Culture Team, to contribute to the delivery of exceptional employee experiences right across Banking and Financial Services (BFS).

As change communications manager, you'll be joining a growing Employee Experience (EX) change function, with a mission to create amazing experiences for our people by delivering against an exciting portfolio of change, that continues to develop our world-leading workplace.

This newly created, 12 month contract will create and sustain a compelling change narrative, that supports our people to positively embrace, successfully adopt, and sustainably embed business wide change as Banking and Financial Services goes through an exciting period of transformation.

The Employee Experience change portfolio comprises multi-year operational, cultural and strategy programs. This includes continuing to deliver Slack as our Banking and Financial Services digital HQ, reimagining the way we set goals and measure performance, and embedding culture and capability uplift focused on Digital, Design, Data and Engineering.

What you'll do:
Reporting into the Employee Experience Portfolio Change Lead, with a dotted line into the Internal Communications Lead, the work you'll be involved in will be varied and meaningful. It will include:

- Partnering with Change Managers across multiple high-profile programs to design compelling change communication strategies, that bring change to life for our people.
- Translating often complex program scope into succinct human centred messaging that clearly identifies and narrates change impacts and benefits, to engage, excite and support audiences and maximise change adoption.
- Planning and execution of strategic and change communications, ensuring seamless communication experiences for our audiences.
- Working collaboratively with the Internal Communications team to contribute to the Banking and Financial Services-wide communications calendar.
- Uncovering ways to elevate the change narrative, by bringing a portfolio view to how we communicate to and engage our people around Employee Experience change in a sustainable and connected way.
- Proactively identifying and planning how communications can be used to further embed and sustain change adoption beyond go live.
- Supporting the deepening of change communication maturity across the division by providing advice and support to others in the wider team

To be successful in this role you'll:

- Be a natural storyteller, with a wealth of experience in supporting enterprise scale change delivery to achieve measurable people outcomes.
- Have gained this experience in a change/ transformation communication setting in the financial services and/ or tech sector/s.
- Be an expert at bringing transformation to life through both strategic and tactical communication planning and execution.
- Be proactive, organised and people-oriented. You'll thrive on collaborating with a range of stakeholders, mobilising around a clear vision and working toward collective success.
- Be both curious and innovative. A true problem solver, always asking, "What's new" and "How can we do this better".
