About the Role
Velocity Truck Centres is seeking a proven operational leader for the role of Branch Manager at Eagle Farm, accountable for driving performance across Service and Parts. The role leads a team of approximately 20 people, shaping day‑to‑day operations, lifting customer outcomes and strengthening commercial performance across a significant metropolitan dealership.
Applicants should be hands‑on leaders who balance operational discipline with people leadership, build accountability across teams, and create a safe, customer‑focused environment that delivers consistent results.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and manage fixed operations across Service and Parts, ensuring strong day‑to‑day execution and long‑term operational sustainability.
* Drive performance improvement initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction, throughput, efficiency and profitability.
* Champion a safety‑first culture, ensuring compliance with all safety, HSE and regulatory requirements.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, OEM partners, suppliers and internal stakeholders.
* Oversee budgeting, forecasting and financial performance of the Service and Parts functions, with clear accountability for cost control and margin improvement.
* Develop, coach and empower leaders and team members to drive capability uplift, engagement and retention.
* Ensure operational disciplines, systems and processes are consistently applied and continuously improved.
What You’ll Bring
* Proven leadership experience within service and/or parts operations, ideally in the automotive, heavy vehicle or equipment sectors.
* Strong experience managing P&L for fixed operations, with a track record of improving profitability through disciplined execution.
* Solid commercial acumen, with the ability to analyse performance data and translate insights into practical action.
* A genuine commitment to safety, compliance and building a strong safety culture.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with a highly customer‑focused approach.
* Demonstrated ability to collaborate across teams, sites and functions in a matrix organisation.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, dealer management systems and CRM platforms.
