The Role
We're looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to take ownership of a growing senior qualified accounting desk placing senior level accounting professionals such as qualified accountants, financial controllers, and CFOs. We offer a hybrid work model with core office days on Tuesday and Thursday, and a flexible third day. Responsibilities
* Proactively engage in business development to identify and acquire new business, as well as maintain relationships with existing clients.
* Cold call clients and sell Randstad's services.
* 360 end‐to‐end recruitment on a dual desk.
* Build and nurture lasting relationships with both clients and candidates.
About you
* You are an experienced recruiter with a strong sense of urgency and a resilient attitude.
* You have accounting or finance recruitment experience within an agency environment.
* You are a strong business development professional who excels at building rapport and trust.
* You are self‐motivated and thrive in a fast‐paced environment.
* You have exceptional interpersonal skills and align with a collaborative, team‐oriented culture.
