Led by a group of highly respected directors, they have made a strong entrance into the Perth market and are now looking to grow their service offering to include commercial property management.

This is a unique opportunity for an experienced Senior Commercial Property Manager to take ownership of a growing portfolio and play a key role in the future direction of the commercial management division.
This role has been designed for someone with ambition to move into a leadership position. You'll start by working along side a Junior Commercial Property Manager, in managing the portfolio, with the view to help build the property management function and eventually lead the team as the department grows.
The Role:
* Manage a growing portfolio of commercial properties.
* Be the primary contact for tenants and landlords.
* Handle lease administration, renewals, and negotiations.
* Oversee repairs, maintenance, and contractor coordination.
* Manage budgets, arrears, and monthly financial reporting.
* Take on Business Development opportunities.
* Help build and shape the systems and processes for the department.
* Eventually mentor junior staff and lead the property management team.
About you:
To be considered for this role, you must have at least 5 years experience managing your own commercial portfolio and hold a current WA real estate registration. You will ideally have experience providing inspiring leadership to a team and solid understanding of Cirrus8 software. You must have a WA Drivers license and your own vehicle.
