Our client is seeking a Maintenance Fitter to join our high-performing team at our Wetherill Park site.
This is your chance to be part of a dynamic FMCG environment with real opportunities for growth.
What You'll Be Doing:
Perform routine maintenance tasks including boiler checks and equipment inspections
Use MEX software to diagnose and resolve issues
Participate in LOTO, Quality, and Induction Training
Work within a buddy system alongside 8 other fitters per shift
Build strong relationships with operators at the start of each shift
What We're Looking For:
A positive attitude and willingness to learn - this is our #1 priority
Ideally from a FMCG background
Someone early in their career and eager to grow into leadership roles
A team player who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Structured 3-1-3 rotating roster
Day Shift: 5:45am - 6:15pm
Night Shift: 5:45pm - 6:15am
7-8 days off between shift transitions
