About The Role
As a Contract Administrator, you'll be an integral part of the commercial delivery team, supporting the successful administration of contracts and commercial processes across a range of projects including commercial buildings, education facilities, medical and community infrastructure. This is a hands‐on role working with project teams to ensure contractual compliance, cost control, and accurate reporting from site through to completion.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist with contract documentation and administration across multiple projects
* Review and assess progress claims, variations, extensions of time and claims
* Prepare and issue subcontractor letters, scopes, and formal correspondence
* Support procurement and subcontractor engagement processes
* Maintain contract registers, records and project documentation
* Assist with commercial reporting, invoicing and cost tracking
* Work closely with project teams to ensure compliance with contractual obligations
* Support issue resolution and negotiation with subcontractors and consultants
Requirements
* Previous experience in contract administration on commercial or institutional building projects
* Good understanding of construction contracts and commercial processes
* Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
* Strong communication skills with the ability to liaise with internal teams, subcontractors and stakeholders
* Comfortable working in a collaborative, project-focused environment
