Key Responsibilities:
The role of the SEO Manager is multifaceted and requires a strategic thinker who can oversee the implementation of our SEO strategy to ensure we're meeting rankings objectives and initiatives committed as part of the plan.
About You:
To succeed in this role, you will need to have 5+ years of experience in SEO, with ideally 2+ years in a head of/Senior SEO or SEO Strategy role managing internal resources and external agencies to deliver SEO outcomes. You must be able to create and implement SEO strategies confidently providing correct advice and suggestions to wider marketing and technology teams.

Your Key Skills:
You will need strong quantitative and analytical skills to assess SEO performance and support strategic decision-making. Experience in owning an SEO strategy end-to-end working with Product & Technology teams (including developers) is essential. A strong understanding of YMYL, E-E-A-T, and Helpful Content principles to inform our content strategy is required, along with technical skills such as HTML and WordPress with a strong understanding of URL hierarchies, redirects, hygiene factors, schema, and page speed. Additionally, you should have experience managing SEO like a performance channel with an obsession for daily lead performance tracking.
