Your Role
You will be analysing data to improve systems and processes. You'll ensure that business needs are clearly understood and translated into actionable technical solutions supporting efficiency across operations.
* Requirements Analysis: Elicit, analyse and document business requirements from stakeholders using workshops, interviews and document analysis.
* Data Analysis: Monitor telecom usage, performance metrics and costs to identify trends for improvement.
* Process Improvement: Evaluate current business processes to identify gaps proposing solutions increasing efficiency
* Liaison Communication: Act as a bridge between business users technical teams ensuring clear communication project goals deliverables
