About the RoleVentia is seeking a proactive and experienced Maintenance Supervisor (Electrical/Mechanical) to join our team at Millmerran.
In this hands-on leadership role, you'll oversee high-risk, non-routine electrical tasks under the Annual Electrical Project (AEP) framework, working closely with site and client teams to ensure safe, efficient project delivery.Key ResponsibilitiesLead electrical maintenance and project executionManage scopes, budgets, and schedulesProvide technical support and reliability insightsCoordinate resources and stakeholder communicationSupport shutdown and outage planningWhat We OfferCondensed 4-day work week – enjoy long weekends!
