The Opportunity
We're seeking an inspiring and commercially astute General Manager of Pharmacy to lead our multi‐site community pharmacy network.
As a key member of the Executive Team, you'll drive excellence in pharmacy practice, commercial performance, compliance, and customer care – shaping the future of accessible, values‐led healthcare.
Responsibilities
* Develop and execute the strategic direction for pharmacy operations, services and growth.
* Lead a high‐performing network of pharmacy managers and pharmacists.
* Oversee governance, compliance, and professional standards.
* Drive operational and financial performance across all sites.
* Champion customer experience and community engagement initiatives.
* Represent Community Care Chemist as a trusted voice in the profession and community.
About You
You're a registered pharmacist and experienced business leader with a passion for people, performance, and purpose.
Qualifications
* Experience in pharmacy leadership (multi‐site preferred).
* Proven success improving operations, culture, and business outcomes.
* Strategic and commercial acumen with board‐level confidence.
* A collaborative, values‐led leadership style.
* Energy, adaptability, and a genuine commitment to community impact.
