The Role As a Centre Technician, you will be expected to deliver consistent, accurate, high-quality service to our customers.

You will be provided with training and will work towards advancing to a Mobile Service Technician.
You will report to the Operations Manager.
General Tasks Support the daily operation of the Hose Service Centre Learn hose assembly, machine/weld, and pipe-bending procedures Attend to customers' needs at the counter and on the phone Data entry and stock control duties Pick-up and deliver goods as required You To be considered for this position, you will ideally have: A solid understanding of customer service Valuable telephone manner Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to carry out instructions Knowledge of the industry or similar type Mechanical background Ability to operate machinery, use tools, and measuring devices accurately Current Manual Driver's License Computer literacy and good literacy and numeracy skills Well-presented and groomed Solid work ethic and pride in workmanship Ability to prioritize to meet deadlines and problem solve Desire to be a team player An understanding of WHS and Safe Work Practices Currently living in/near or willing to relocate to Ballarat How to Apply Email your resume and cover letter to Human Resources:
