The Team
The Finance Solutions team is a fast paced dynamic team specialising in corporate finance, real estate, property and construction finance, agribusiness finance and acquisition finance. The team is part of our Capital Markets and Corporate Line of Business and is one of the most respected practices in the country, with market leading practitioners and an impressive client base.
Your role
A fantastic opportunity exists for an experienced Executive Assistant to provide secretarial and administrative support in our busy team. Some of your responsibilities will include:
1. drafting correspondence, document preparation and amendments
2. assisting in maintaining client databases
3. liaising with clients as directed by senior client facing staff and maintaining client databases and key contact information
4. assist with co-ordination of tenders, pitches as required
5. answering calls and monitoring emails
6. file management including opening and closing files
7. co-ordinating end of month billing
8. client and group reporting
9. reconciliation of corporate AMEX expenses using Concur
10. general administrative tasks
11. other ad hoc duties as required
What you need
To be successful in this role, you will need strong organisational skills as well as a high level of initiative, energy and enthusiasm and the ability to follow through. Ideally, you will also have legal experience, working in a fast paced and ever changing environment.
In addition to this, you will possess the following attributes:

13. Flexibility and the ability to work under pressure and manage conflicting priorities
14. Exceptional organisational skills and ability to multi-task, prioritise and delegate
15. A high level of accuracy and attention to detail
16. A strong client focus and demonstrated ability to form enduring relationships with team members, clients (both internal and external) and industry experts
17. Advanced Microsoft application knowledge
18. A solid understanding of billing and financial systems and other software applications (Elite desirable)
19. A proactive approach and demonstrated initiative
