HR Assistant
to join our team and support real projects that make a difference.
About the Role
This entry-level role (initially casual - 5–10 hrs per week) is perfect for someone
studying HR (Cert IV, Diploma, or Degree)
or in the early stages of their career who wants hands-on experience across a wide range of HR and people projects.
You'll work closely with our Director and HR team, supporting tasks across compliance, recruitment, client projects, and day-to-day HR operations. The role offers variety, flexibility, and a chance to learn directly from leading experts in a supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities
As an entry level role, we know you may not have done all of the below before, so the key to the role will be a willingness, to learn, an eye for detail and the ablity to show initiative, ask questions and learn.
HR & Admin Support
* Draft HR documents, templates, and correspondence from existing frameworks
* Maintain and update HR policies, procedures, and forms
* Prepare contracts and assist with client documentation
* Support HR health checks and award lookups (training provided)
Recruitment & Onboarding
* Draft job ads and assist with candidate screening and interview scheduling
* Communicate with candidates and clients with warmth and professionalism
* Support onboarding checklists and documentation
Project & Training Support
* Assist with HR and WHS projects, training coordination, and reporting
* Track client actions using ClickUp and our CRM
* Contribute ideas to improve systems and client experience
Skills and Experience
To thrive in this role, you'll bring:
A genuine interest in HR, people, and culture
Strong organisation and attention to detail
Confidence using computer systems (Google Workspace, Canva, or similar)
Great written and verbal communication skills
Initiative - you like asking questions, solving problems and finding better ways to do things
A positive, professional attitude and willingness to learn
