Key Requirements:
* Working towards or successfully completed a Cert III or IV in Individual Support / Community Service or Aged Care (preferred but not required)
* Minimum of six (6) months' previous experience as a Personal Care Assistant
* Communication: Strong verbal and written skills to build rapport and collaborate effectively.
* Empathy & Patience: The ability to understand and connect with clients, offering unwavering support.
* Initiative: Proactively identifying client needs and opportunities to promote growth and engagement.
* Flexibility: Adapting to changing client needs and scheduling requirements.
* Teamwork & Independence: Working effectively as part of a team while also being able to work independently.
* Smart phone in good working order with active internet connection
* Meets our team core values: excellence, integrity, leadership, & communication
* Must be physically fit
* Positive and friendly / Customer-focused
* First Aid Training & CPR
* Current drivers licence and road-worthy vehicle
* Working with children check completed – employee
* NDIS Worker Screening Check
* Current Police Check no more than 12 month old with no outcomes
