About the role
As a Permanent Part-time (up to 40 hours per fortnight) Home Care Services Employee supporting clients across Margaret River & surrounds, you will be part of our BaptistCare At Home team that provides quality complex care and support to our clients in their own homes.
You may assist with a range of tasks pertaining to household cleaning, showering, dressing, food preparation, continence support, medication assistance and transport to name a few. You will also develop genuine connections with your clients and help them live their best possible lives.
We're seeking someone available to work weekday shifts, supporting a range of hours between 7:30am and 4pm.
To support you in your role
* We offer a comprehensive orientation program including buddy shifts
* You'll have direct access to a dedicated supervisor to support you
* You'll be provided with a company mobile phone to access emails, rosters and client care plans
* Access to a dedicated learning and development team to support your ongoing professional development and career pathways
* Earn $31.13 - $34.59 plus superannuation per hour + paid travel time + $1.04/km mileage reimbursement. To help ease some of the pressure from rising fuel costs, employees who claim Vehicle/Travel (per km) reimbursement will receive a temporary increase of 5 cents per kilometre for all reimbursable journeys until May 2026, pending review.

What do we need from you?
You will have an unrestricted Australian Driver Licence and a reliable vehicle with Third Party Property Damage Insurance to transport clients. You will be a strong communicator with resilience and patience. You will be a proficient user of smartphone technology, apps and email.
