About the Role
As our Financial Controller / Finance Manager youll provide comprehensive financial leadership while supporting our finance team to ensure GVGs financial health and strategic growth. This is more than just managing numbers its about being a key decision-maker who influences our companys future success in the construction industry.

- Team Leadership Lead mentor and develop the finance team fostering a high-performance culture aligned with GVG strategic goals
- System Development Drive finance system integration and continuous improvement across departments
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelors Degree in Accounting Finance or related field
- Relevant post-graduate qualification (CPA Chartered Accountant)
- 5-7 years of professional experience in a commercial environment (construction or property industry experience highly regarded)
- Strong financial acumen budgeting and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Experience with financial software and management systems
- Strong ethical standards confidentiality accountability and integrity
