Administration & Accounts Assistant (Part-Time)

Drysdale, VIC | 2 days per week

Lime Healthcare is a growing provider of healthcare equipment and services, proudly supporting the Bellarine community. As we continue to expand, we are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administration & Accounts Assistant to support our day-to-day financial and operational processes.

This is a great opportunity for someone looking for a flexible, part-time role within a supportive and purpose-driven business.

About the Role

Working closely with the Director and team, you will play a key role in maintaining the accuracy and efficiency of our financial administration.

Your responsibilities will include:

* Bank reconciliations (Xero)
* Managing aged debtors and following up outstanding accounts
* Coordinating creditor payments
* Assisting with stocktakes and inventory reconciliation
* General administrative support as required
About You

We are looking for someone who is organised, proactive, and takes pride in accuracy.

You will ideally have:

* Previous experience in an administration and/or accounts role
* A minimum of 1-2 years' experience in administration and/or accounts roles
* Strong working knowledge of Xero
* Regular user-level proficiency in Xero accounting software
* Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
* Confidence working both independently and as part of a team
* Strong communication skills, particularly when following up accounts
