We are seeking a Geriatrician to provide medical services to clients in the Inner Eastern Suburbs of Melbourne. The ideal candidate will have experience working with older adults and possess strong communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
* Servicing home care clients through health and home care integration, ensuring seamless delivery of care services.
* Visiting residential aged-care facilities, including a newly opened facility, to provide medical consultations and support.
* Consulting at one or more medical clinics to provide specialist geriatrician services.
Requirements
* Bachelor of Medicine Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) or equivalent degree.
* Fellowship of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (FRACGP) or equivalent qualification.
* A minimum of 5 years' experience working as a Geriatrician in a hospital or community setting.
