We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Financial Advisor Assistant to join our growing team. In this key role, you'll manage client inquiries, prepare reports, assist with administrative tasks, and support client meetings. Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment are essential. You will play a vital role in maintaining smooth office operations and supporting the overall success of the team. The ideal candidate will be client-focused, motivated, and eager to develop their career in financial services.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative and operational support to financial advisors
Coordinate appointments, manage client communications, and assist with meeting preparation
Prepare financial reports, statements, and presentation materials
Maintain and update client records using CRM systems
Manage documentation, compliance paperwork, and follow-up tasks
Liaise with domestic and international clients, product providers, and internal teams
Assist with the planning and coordination of client events and seminars
Perform general office management tasks, including email and file organization
Skills & Experience:
Prior experience in financial services and banking is preferred, especially in roles involving client relations, compliance, or financial analysis.
RG146 qualifications preferred.
Bachelor's degree preferred.
Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Professional written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage confidential information responsibly.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM systems
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multicultural environment with domestic and international clients.
Minimum 1-2 years of relevant work experience required.
