The Q Automotive Group is a family owned company and has been established for over 30 years, consisting of Toyota, Ford, Suzuki, Isuzu Ute and MG franchises, with locations at Lismore, Springwood, Beenleigh, Ipswich, Emerald and Townsville.
We're currently looking for a motivated individual to join our Ford team in Capalaba, working 38 hours a week.
You will be responsible for reception and administration duties, stock swaps and invoicing of new vehicles and all aspects of vehicle registration.
Our ideal candidate will have previous experience in an administrative role with previous automotive experience being a strong advantage (Ford brand experience highly regarded).
It is important you have exceptional attention to detail and accurate data entry skills as this role involves complex administrative systems.
We're looking for someone who can demonstrate :
Excellent Computer skills including MS Office products
Strong communication skills both verbal and written
A high attention to detail
A positive customer service orientated attitude is critical
Fantastic time management skills
Ability to multi task and work under pressure
The ability to work autonomously whilst being a team player
