Join us in our Group Data Office to implement and embed an enterprise-wide data literacy program and play a key role in uplifting data literacy for the bank. In this role you will get the opportunity to work across all levels of stakeholders and help realise the value of data for the future of the bank. You will empower our Board, Executives and employees to leverage data effectively, fostering a data-driven culture, and driving informed decision-making across the organisation. This position requires a blend of technical expertise, communication skills, and a passion for promoting data literacy and analytics within the workforce.

**As a Data Literacy Lead you'll get to**
- Use your expert advice in the field of learning and capability development to develop an engaging Data Literacy program.
- Develop data literacy activities, resources, and materials tailored to different personas across BEN.
- Create and deliver engaging workshops, webinars, and presentations to promote data literacy, covering topics such as data risk management, data quality, data analysis, visualisation, interpretation, and data-driven decision-making.
- Engage and coach senior organisational stakeholders and Subject Matter Experts to create, complete and sponsor learning.
**About you**
- You'll have experience in learning and development - designing and delivering learning programs, workshops and educational content along with a good understanding of data literacy concepts and best practices.
- You'll have a high degree of stakeholder influencing skills to effectively implement a learning and development practice for data literacy along with the with the ability convey complex data concepts to diverse audiences.
- You'll be able to create learning solutions in contemporary and creative way to incorporate adult learning theories, maximising technology, learning on-the-job.
- Project management skills will be key to allow you to prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and coordinate multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Familiarity in data visualisation tools (e.g., Power BI), data governance principles, data privacy regulations, and data security practices.
- Qualifications in Training and Assessment, adult learning and/or Data Analysis or Management will be looked upon favourably.
We offer flexible work options that put our people first, and a hybrid model of two days in a local Head Office per week.
