Our Global Risk Training Team based in Sydney plays a key role in driving Macquarie-wide mandatory risk training requirements.

What We Do
You will work closely with regional counterparts and subject matter experts across the business to deliver training initiatives as part of the Global Risk Training Program.
Your responsibilities include tasks within the training management lifecycle such as stakeholder consultations, program design, content creation, record-keeping, and data analysis.
You will also collaborate with the wider People & Engagement team, including the communications team, on broader team initiatives.
Your Skills
* Experience assisting with risk and compliance training design and delivery ideally in the Financial Services sector.
* Proven capability maintaining and executing a training plan, developing training materials, and analysing feedback and data for continuous improvement.
* Familiarity designing eLearning modules and using design tools such as Articulate.
* Strong organisational skills and methodical approach to tasks and problem-solving.
* Outstanding written and verbal communication skills coupled with managing stakeholders at different levels.
* Project management skills are beneficial.

The Risk Management Group works independently and centrally, responsible for review, challenge, oversight, monitoring, and reporting on Macquarie's material risks. Our divisions include compliance, credit, financial crime risk, internal audit, market risk, operational risk, aggregate risk, and prudential.
