The role & team
We have an exciting opportunity to join our Retail Support Team as a Regional Training Manager on a 12 month fixed-term contract, reporting to our Senior Regional Relationship Manager. This role is part of a broader team of Regional Training Managers who support retail stores with market-leading training and development.
In this role, you'll be responsible for building the capability of our store teams across a portfolio of stores within Victoria and Tasmania. You'll deliver engaging training through face-to-face workshops, virtual classrooms and store visits to ensure our teams have the skills and confidence to succeed. Your ability to build strong relationships, influence, mentor and coach others, and inspire teams will be key to your success, driving retail performance and embedding our strategic business plans across the region.
The skills we are looking for
* Proven experience in delivering impactful training and coaching through tailored training programs
* Retail management experience with a passion for coaching and developing capability
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to design and deliver training material to small and large audiences
* Commitment to customer service with experience in creating end-to-end initiatives to enhance capability
* Effective collaborator with strong influencing skills to align training with business needs
* Ability to influence and foster engagement with training and development initiatives
* A Cert IV in Training and Assessment or Optical Dispensing is advantageous
* A driver's license with the ability to travel regionally and interstate
