Progressive Supplies is a family-owned and run wholesale business operating out of Broome, Derby and Perth. We have a long list of customers throughout WA, providing a wide range of high-quality products and services.
Our Broome branch is home to a retail office and warehouse, with the potential for a high number of sales in this customer-focused environment. We are looking to add a positive, hard-working individual to our team, to assist with the sales and administration aspects of this branch.
Qualifications & Experience
Previous experience in a customer service role, required
Minimum 1-2 years of customer service experience is required
Previous experience with inbound sales, required
Minimum 6-12 months of inbound sales experience is required
Must be efficient on the computer and learn quickly
Show initiative, be approachable and can multitask
Australian citizenship or permanent residency is required for work authorisation
Tasks & Responsibilities
Assist with walk-in customers and process cash sales using POS
Liaising with customers (phone and email) and placing orders on MYOB
Invoicing on MYOB
General administration tasks, such as answering the phone
Maintaining communication between warehouses and other branches
Salary Package
Annual salary of between $45,000 - $75,000 dependent on experience.
We operate between 8am and 4pm, Monday to Friday, we are looking for a full-time applicant. Saturday work may be required on occasion.
