This Administrative Officer position requires a highly organized and efficient individual who can manage multiple tasks simultaneously. The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be proficient in Microsoft applications such as Outlook, Word, Excel, and Publisher.
Key Responsibilities:
* Data entry and management through Daymap software
* Receipting student and customer payments via OneSchool system
* Student daily medication administration
* Providing administrative support at the student services counter and maintaining accurate records
* Communicating effectively with internal and external stakeholders
* Ensuring confidentiality when handling sensitive information
Requirements:
* Experience with OneSchool, QParents, and Daymap is advantageous but not essential
* Demonstrated ability to multitask efficiently and manage time effectively
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
* Capacity to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
