You'll be part of a collaborative Medical Workforce team supporting our Junior Medical Officers (JMOs) and the JMO Manager. This is a fast-paced and integral service that plays a key role in ensuring smooth workforce operations across the facility.

About The Role

The JMO Secretary provides high-level administrative support to the JMO Manager and assists with the coordination of Junior Medical Officer workforce processes.

A Typical Day May Include

* Providing administrative support to the JMO Manager
* Assisting with HealthRoster coordination and roster administration
* Managing correspondence, documentation and record keeping
* Liaising with JMOs, senior clinicians and other departments
* Supporting recruitment, onboarding and workforce processes
* Responding to queries and troubleshooting roster or workforce matters

About You

We are looking for someone who demonstrates:

* Strong time management skills
* Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
* Ability to manage competing priorities in a busy environment
* High attention to detail and confidentiality

* An eligibility list will be created for future permanent part time and temporary part time vacancies.
* To be eligible for permanent employment in this position you must be an Australian Citizen, or a permanent resident of Australia, or a New Zealand citizen with a current New Zealand Passport.
