About the role
They are looking for a full time permanent Client Service Consultant who will be the first point of contact for their clients. You will be responsible for managing client enquires and document processing & administration tasks for several clients.
Day to day, you'll:
Provide exceptional service to their clients through phone, email
Processing of high volume document tasks across mortgage and insurance space
Manage enquiries and liaise with internal and external stakeholders such as clients, lawyers, lenders
Efficient and accurate processing of payments
About you
Previous experience in client services or operational roles within Financial Services
Clear effective communication, both written and verbal
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Attention to detail
Ability to meet fast paced deadlines and tasks whilst having the ability to multitask
