We are currently looking for an Acquisitions Analyst or Senior Analyst to join our Group Investments team in Melbourne.

This is a diverse role that will allow you to drive Stockland's strategy in growing our existing development pipeline. You will specifically be assisting the team identifying and executing acquisition opportunities in the residential sector, primarily Masterplanned communities' and Land leased communities' developments.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Prepare, critique and analyse feasibilities and cash flow models for the purposes of providing key return metrics, scenario testing and financial risk analysis to underpin business decisions for new acquisitions and financial bids;
- Assist in undertaking research and site specific investigations (Due Diligence) and prepare commercial analysis to secure approval from the relevant Stockland delegated authority to proceed with acquisition;
- Assist with identifying risks and potential mitigation strategies;
- Assist with the preparation of investment proposals for approval by Stockland Group Board;
- Engage and collaborate with both key internal and external stakeholders to build and maintain strong relationships.

**About You**

We are looking for an inquisitive and self-motivated passionate property professional who is resilient and eager collaborate with a high performing team. Ideally you will have the following skills and attributes:

- Degree qualified in Property, Finance or similar, you will have strong analytical and numerical skills;
- A background in residential development, development site sales or Investment banking;
- Ideally exposure to property acquisitions or valuations;
- Effective written and verbal communication skills;
- Ideally experience with Estate Master and highly proficient in Microsoft Excel;
- Ability to work collaboratively and efficiently to maximise positive business outcomes in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines;
- Customer focus - anticipate and understand the needs of both internal and external customers;
- Excellent time management and organisational skills;
- Exceptional stakeholders' engagement and management skills.
