Digital Identity Specialist
About the Role:
This is a mid-senior level position as a Digital Identity Specialist. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in delivering engaging product demos and tailored presentations, understanding client landscapes to develop high-value solutions, and leading Proofs of Concept (POCs) and Statements of Work (SOWs).
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver engaging and tailored product demos and presentations to both technical and non-technical audiences.
* Understand client landscape and develop comprehensive, high-value solutions.
* Lead Proof of Concepts (POCs) and proposals as well as Statements of Work (SOWs).
* Be open to trying new products, processes, or use cases and learn through doing; identify solutions through investigations and experimentation.
* Collaborate with internal teams to compose custom solutions that improve client value.
* Navigate and optimize how offerings integrate with third-party products.
* Lead your sales opportunity pipeline and apply product knowledge to accelerate deal cycles.
* Stay informed on industry trends and the competitive landscape to position our solutions.
Requirements:
* 3+ years of cross-border payments, SWIFT payments, account verification, digital identity, KYC, authentication, and/or identity verification experience in client-facing roles. Clients may also be resellers/integrators/channel partners.
* Information Technology or Engineering background or technology-centric experience across channels—web, mobile, API, and UX.
* Experience in one or more of the following sectors: Financial Institutions/payment service providers, insurance, wealth management, healthcare, ecommerce (B2B and/or B2C).
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, innovative team with the benefits of a large global organization.
* Previous pre-sales experience for software or technical products is highly valued.
* Experience with APIs and understanding of JSON (request/response).
* Strong presentation and interpersonal abilities.
* Familiarity with the sales cycle and ability to support sales acceleration.
* Knowledge of the payments and account verification industry preferred.
* High-level spreadsheet skills and ability to work with large data sets.
