The Opportunity

We are seeking a full-time Centre Manager for either our AMA Group Solutions or Capital S.M.A.R.T Repairs team. Reporting to the State Operations Manager, you will lead and motivate your team, overseeing the daily operations of the centre. This role offers opportunities for growth, stability, and security within the larger AMA Group.


Role Responsibilities

1. Manage workshop production to ensure targets are met and vehicles are repaired to pre-accident condition according to AMA and Work Provider quality standards.
2. Ensure accurate quotes, quality assurance inspections, and that repairs meet quality expectations.
3. Provide exceptional customer service and maintain positive relationships with clients and work providers.
4. Manage profitability by preparing and reviewing P&Ls, budgets, job costings, KPIs, and management reports.
5. Oversee staffing and ensure adequate staffing levels and processes are in place. Build and maintain strong work provider relationships.
6. Maintain a safe work environment by adhering to WHS policies and procedures, reporting safety incidents, and ensuring compliance.
