Are you a passionate and experienced Registered Nurse with a talent for teaching and mentoring? Grace NICU is offering a unique opportunity to step into the Clinical Nurse Educator role. This position offers a valuable chance to develop and showcase your skills in clinical education, staff development, and neonatal care excellence. Working closely with the NICU leadership team, you will:
• Deliver and support high-quality clinical education in neonatal intensive care.
• Facilitate staff learning, orientation, and ongoing professional development.
• Promote evidence-based practice and continuous improvement in clinical care.

This is an excellent opportunity for motivated RNs with a passion for teaching and mentoring to expand their leadership and education capabilities.

* Current Authority to Practice as a Registered Nurse with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
* Relevant clinical or education post registration qualifications or such education and clinical experience deemed appropriate by the employer
* Demonstrated effective clinical teaching skills
* Demonstrated commitment to clinical and professional development
* Demonstrated advanced written, verbal and interpersonal skills
* Knowledge and understanding of NSQHS Standards relating to education
* Knowledge of adult learning principles
