Key Responsibilities
* Assess and develop person-centred support plans that cater to the unique needs and goals of our participants.
* Evaluate and implement evidence-based strategies to promote positive behaviour change and prevent restrictive practices.
* Collaborate with participants, families, and carers to identify and build on strengths and interests.
* Provide coaching and mentoring to less experienced team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Requirements
* Completion of a degree-level qualification as an allied health professional (desired).
* Exceptional time management and organisational skills to manage a diverse caseload.
* Proactive attitude, motivated by continuous improvement and innovation.
* Passion for working in the disability sector and commitment to delivering high-quality services.
