Job Title: Network Infrastructure Specialist
About the Role
This challenging role involves being the first and lead responder to all network faults.
You will be responsible for coordinating onsite resources in line with our Plant Failure Attendance, Investigation and Return to Service Process.
Your key objective is to deliver network switching services and project/program outage organisation to customers within and external to our region.
You will prepare, coordinate and execute complex switching programs and provide technical support, specialist advice and training on Switching Operations and network access matters.
Take personal accountability for safety in the work environment and ensure safe work practises are followed.
Manage complex outages that affect large and critical customers.
Ensure feedback to stakeholders to keep them informed.
Key Requirements
* Possess Current WA Electrical Workers License endorsed for Electrical Fitting or Electrical Mechanic.
* Hold all appropriate industry licences or certificates of competency in accordance with the Energy Safety Act.
* Valid WA Driver's License Class 'C' or 'C-A'.
